Responsibilities & Duties

Teaching: Be responsible for English instruction for kindergarten students. Cultivate children's phonetics, listening, speaking, and basic reading skills through a variety of interactive methods such as games, songs, and stories.

Classroom Management: Manage classroom order and be responsible for the daily routine management of children in the kindergarten, fostering a respectful and harmonious learning atmosphere.

Curriculum & Material Development: Design and prepare engaging lesson plans, materials, and activities based on students' language proficiency and needs.

Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents to share children's learning progress and school performance, establishing a positive home-school relationship.

School Activities: Actively participate in various activities organized by the kindergarten, such as English corners and cultural events, to promote students' holistic development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality & Language: Native English speakers preferred (from countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.), or possess equivalent English proficiency.

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher. Major is open, but a background in Education, English, TESOL, or related fields is preferred.

Certifications & Experience: Possess a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate, OR have 2+ years of relevant teaching experience.

Candidates with early childhood education or experience teaching young learners will be given priority.

Personal Qualities: Caring, patient, responsible, outgoing, and cheerful. Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
