Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic A-Level Mathematics and Physics Teacher to join our international high school in China. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in A-Level Mathematics and Physics, inspire students to achieve academic excellence, and support their preparation for university-level studies, particularly in STEM fields.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach A-Level Mathematics and Physics following the Cambridge, Edexcel, or equivalent international curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the learning needs of diverse students.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in line with school policies.
• Prepare students for A-Level examinations through structured teaching, revision strategies, and exam practice.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students applying to international universities.
• Develop teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment resources.
• Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs, competitions, or mathematics enrichment programs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership regarding student progress.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) preferred.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally within A-Level, IGCSE, or other international curricula.
• Strong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and Physics.
• Experience preparing students for international examinations (Cambridge / Edexcel) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.

Preferred Skills
• Experience teaching in international schools or overseas.
• Familiarity with university preparation for UK, US, or other international destinations.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
