1. Program Development & Strategy
• Lead the establishment of A-Level curriculum aligned with UK exam boards (e.g., CAIE/Edexcel/AQA), including syllabus design, resource selection, and assessment frameworks.
• Develop strategic plans to integrate A-Level with existing American curriculum, creating a unique educational proposition.

2. Team Building & Management
• Recruit, train, and manage A-Level teaching staff, implementing performance evaluation systems and CPD program.
• Organize cross-disciplinary teaching & evaluation activities to foster innovative pedagogies (e.g., PBL, differentiated instruction).

3. Quality Assurance
• Monitor teaching delivery, track student progress through academic portfolios, and refine college application strategies.
• Liaise with exam boards for accreditation, exam registration, and results management.

4. Collaboration & Branding
• Collaborate with marketing teams on enrolment strategies, enhancing program visibility through open days and academic seminars.
• Build partnerships with parents, exam boards, and overseas universities, organizing international academic exchanges.

5.Student Academic Support and University Counseling​​
• Establish a student academic archive system to track individual performance trends (e.g., comparing AS to A2 results) and develop 1:1 tutoring plans for academically at-risk students
• Coordinate applications for top universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, and G5 institutions, including guidance on personal statement (PS) drafting, review of recommendation letters, and mock interview preparation
• Manage the full examination cycle: handle registration via platforms like the CIE Administrative Portal, arrange exam venues, and process grade appeals or re-marking requests


**Requirements**
1. Education:
• Master’s degree or above in Education or relevant field; PGCE/QTS certification preferred.

2. Experience & Skills:
• 7+ years of A-Level teaching and management experience, with in-depth knowledge of UK exam systems and college paths.
• Proven track record in building teams from scratch; experience in launching international programs is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese) with cross-cultural communication skills.
