• Work on commercial business transactions/contract drafting, intellectual property, litigation and various tasks as assigned by Principal; 
• Prepare full set accounting for Accounting on royalties , commissions on transactions
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Experience in NCNDA documents , Supplier Purchase Agreements , Escrow Agreements
• Draft and review legal documents
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients, serve as communication bridge between clients and the funds team
• Conduct legal and company researchers;
• Maintain filing system of legal documents;
• Administrative support to the Department Head. 

Mandatory Requirements:

• LLB degree holder for Assistant Solicitor/ Paralegal  
• Chinese not a must for English native speaker
• Full time or part time
• F.5 for Account Clerk, full set accounting a must
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proactive, diligent, attention to details, and good team player to assist the teams
• Good PC skills (English/Chinese word processing)
• Work permit in HK a must
• immediate availability preferred
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience within corporate, finance, M&A, or other transactional experiences.
