A leading US law firm is seeking for junior-mid level corporate commercial associate to be based in their Shanghai office. You will get to work on a broad range of matters including compliance, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions (including merger controls), employment, intellectual property, litigation and technology and licensing.

The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of law firm experience, PRC qualified and ideally plus another oversea qualification (e.g. HK, US, UK etc) Mandarin and English languages are essential for this role.
