A leading US law firm is seeking for junior-mid level corporate commercial associate to be based in their Shanghai office.

You will get to work on a broad range of matters including including compliance, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions (including merger controls), employment, intellectual property, litigation and technology and licensing.

The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of law firm experience outside China. Must be PRC qualified and, ideally plus one other oversea qualification (e.g. HK, US, UK etc) Mandarin and English languages are essential for this role.
