For teachers
2-5 years’ teaching experience, the average annual salary will be around RMB271,384,
5-11 years’ experience will be around 341,064,
if Above 11 years, average will be around RMB372,853.

The Salary will be negotiable and depends on the headmaster’s decision.

For Benefit Part
Expatriate Teaching Staff will be entitled to:
1) Annual Airfare allowance: RMB 10,000 per full time member of the academic staff and RMB 5,000 to the spouse if resides in China;
2) Medical Insurance for the teacher and Spouse if resides in China;
