作为ACCESS的培训生，你会有机会：

在三年期间分别在三个不同的工作岗位轮岗，会让你有机会涉及以下领域：财务会计（Finance & Accounting）、运营（Operations）；

ACCESS项目除了提供完善的培训以外，还将会为你指定主管、导师以及有经验的管理者，他们会帮助你尽快熟悉工作和流程，ACCESS还会加速你的学习和成长，我们为你量身定制的计划能够帮助你对TI财务以及运营的架构和基本知识有很好地理解；
