ACCOR COMMUNITY MANAGER
Very active on social media, Accor intends to take its content strategy and online presence even further, with the aim of gaining visibility, raising its profile and creating a positive image among Internet users.
Accor’s Corporate Social Media & Influence Department is seeking an apprentice to assist the team with ongoing projects. The purpose of the duties detailed below is to bring Accor to life on social media on a daily basis in order to increase the Company’s visibility, raise its profile and monitor its e-reputation.
Proposed duties
1. Management & Coordination of the Group’s editorial schedule across all platforms
Liaising with the social media agency:
- Helping to build the global content schedule
- Helping to coordinate the corporate social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) in order to drive engagement and encourage interaction with followers
- Ecosystem optimization
2. Supporting the employer brand project
- Supporting the team to develop the employee advocacy program: content curation, management of admins & optimization of the platform in line with the employer image
- Coordination of the global SoMe network via Teams
3. Production Guidelines & monitoring KPIs
- Regular reporting, data interpretation
- Daily monitoring and benchmarking on social media and tracking new patterns and/or emerging media
4. Coordination of Influencer Projects
- Assisting with the coordination of corporate influencer projects

Level / Field of Study:
Professional Experience: Initial experience (Internship/Vocational Training) in communication (agency) is desirable. Experience in community management or in the field of influence and online reputation would be an advantage. Otherwise, keen interest in these areas.
