Job description

Being Account Manager/Project Manager, you will be responsible for prestigious clients from luxury industry and as such responsible for the following missions:

  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and project long term success, eventually contributing to the expansion of our Social Intelligence program
  • Responsible to Meet specific renew, upsell, cross-sell targets
  • Responsible to drive part of the account business strategy (one or several units)
  • Coordinate the roll out and maintenance of our platform effectively between our client, internal teams and external partners such as digital or media agencies
  • Break projects doable actions and set time frames captured in tracking documents
  • Provide regular status updates to your clients
  • Monitor the adoption and usage of Radarly across client teams
  • Address any urgent questions or last-minute requests in a timely manner
  • Develop a relationship of trust with multiple stakeholders and client teams

Preferred experience

  • 3 years + Account Management experience with good track records on target achieving, preferably in Martech solution company or digital agency or consulting firm
  • Experience with monitoring platforms, marketing research or web analytics is preferred
  • Both passion and functional knowledge of Fashion/Beauty or luxury industry is a strong plus
  • Experience working in digital transformation of large companies is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Your insights and presentations provoke debate and compel action with a non-academic, accessible style
  • Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with fast pace environment and able to prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working closely with Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, PR and Corporate Communication divisions
  • Efficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • PMP, PRINCE II or Microsoft Project certification is a plus
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
