Responsibilities / 職責
- Co-ordinate with team to prepare financial reporting package for management. Variance analysis and comments should be prepared for management.
Full understanding of the company’s activities is required.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial accounts, reports, statements and analysis -
Monitor inventory related activities with customers, suppliers and shippers.
Handle daily transaction with inventory movement. Co-ordinate with operation team for the cash flow monitoring/forecast, settlement and clients accounts. -
Responsible for intercompany transactions, reconciliation and confirmation.
Work for cost recharging & sharing with group companies. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance to company policy.
- Monitor AR/AP settlement status and cooperate with team to design for follow up actions.
- Assist in preparing schedules / reports / information to third party partners (e.g. auditor/ consultant/ tax advisory…etc)
- Assist in system control on financial data in reporting
Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和經驗
- Basic knowledge/understanding on Hong Kong Accounting Standard & Tax computation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application, e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Independent, Committed, Proactive, Team-spirited
- Solid accounting background
- Minimum 5 years in accounting related job, preferable in multi-national company or/and logistics company
- SAP accounting system experience preferable
- Working experience in audit firm preferable
Education:
- Degree holder – major in Finance and Accounting
- Student member or finalist of professional accounting body i.e. ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent preferable
