Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • German MNC 
  • Manufacturer and supplier of forklift & truck carrying own brand name 
  • The company is the world's leading manufacturer of forklifts and warehouse trucks
  • Hong Kong office : trading & service office
  • We are looking for ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Report to the Finance Manager
  • Work in Accounting Team of 4 members
  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Prepare AR and AP aging reports and contact customers for payments
  • Prepare cash flow report on regularly basis
  • Prepare BS & PL schedules, sales & cost statement, product mix analysis,
  • Reconcile inter-company transactions, arrange fund transfer
  • Handle order processing & shipment for specific key accounts.
  • Close communicate with affiliated Companies in Overseas.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Holder of Diploma in accounting or above
  • Preferable with minimum 5 years working experience in accounting or auditing field
  • Capable of handling full-set of accounts
  • Preferable with SAP accounting system
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Sound PC skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese WP
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
