Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional Lost adjusting service provider
- We serve the general insurance sector including but not limited to property insurance, liability, marine and risk management etc
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China offices : Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Fuzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu
- We are looking for ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle full set of accounts of HK office independently, from daily accounting routine to year end closing
- Prepare monthly management reports to management team
- Prepare analysis as requested by senior management from time to time
- Handle annual audit & interim review and liaise with external auditors
- Prepare inter-company accounts reconciliation
- Coordinate with China offices related to accounting issues
- Handle general office administration work
- Report to Director
- Work independently with no direct subordinates
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication skill in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Travel to PRC may be required occasionally
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Office location : North Point
- More solid experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
