Job Description
THE COMPANY :

  • We serve clients with comprehensive solutions, which include training platform implementation, corporate training application, custom content production, off-the-shelf contents and e‑Learning consulting service.
  • We are looking for ACCOUNTING & ADMIN OFFICER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Handle year-end audit 
  • Perform full spectrum in Human Resources function (recruitment, payroll, MPF, tax filing, etc.)
  • Handle general office administration work 
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting 
  • 3+ years solid accounting experience 
  • Experience or ability in handling full set of account books
  • Ensure all financial reports submitted on time and accuracy 
  • Experience in using Quickbooks accounting system is an advantage
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 10 days
