ACCOUNTING ANALYST(THAI LANGUAGE)

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Ø Responsible for overseeing SSC AP team of Thailand

Ø Support Manager for SSC AP &TE Projects

Ø Process streamline and standardization

Ø Responsible for AP process

Ø Analyze AP reports, follow up and provide explanations

Ø Maintain good relationship with external and internal clients

Ø Other assigned job by manager

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Responsible for monitoring SSC TH AP team daily operation including invoice allocation, invoice processing & payment proposal checking

Ø Coach TH team on daily operation and issue solving

Ø Audit vendor invoices and complete entries into SAP systems

Ø Prepare bi-weekly payments proposal in a timely manner

Ø Monthly Accounts Payable closing

Ø Communicate, follow up and solve invoice disputes

Ø Answer accounts payable related inquiries from internal and external customers

Ø Prepare accounts payable reports (AP aging and GRIR) to internal customers with analysis and effective comments and suggestions

Ø Work closely with business unit’s finance team to improve Accounts Payable process

Ø Team Performance Review

Ø Recruitment and selection support

Ø Complete other tasks assigned by manager

Skills/Requirements

• 
  Good command of Thai Language in reading, writing, listening and speaking

• Good command of English in writing and speaking is a must

• University degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration

• 3+ years working experience in Accounts Payable is highly preferred

• Experience with SAP system is preferred

• Familiarity with Shared Service concept is an asset

• Excellent team player and self-motivating

• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
