- We have built a trustworthy B2B platform that serves buyers and suppliers online and offline.
- We facilitate trade between Asia and the world through trade shows, online marketplaces, magazines, and apps.
- We are looking for ACCOUNTS CLERK – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting Team of 25-30 members
- Handling full set of books of small companies.
- Handling all accounting matters including voucher preparation and payment processing.
- Data entries for account closing in Oracle System and input batches checking.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Inter-co current accounts reconciliation.
- Preparing monthly schedules, including Profit & Loss & Balance sheet schedules.
- Clerical duties on filing, photocopying and cheque mailing.
- Degree / Higher Diploma or above
- 1-2 years accounting experiences, Fresh graduate may also consider
- Proficiency in Ms Office , Typewriting skills
- Hardworking, Willing to accept responsibilities
- Fluent Cantonese, Fair English Language and Mandarin
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days (max 22 days)
