THE COMPANY :
- OEM/ODM plastic injection molding and plastic products manufacturer
- Main items : plastic multimedia packaging products, plastic household, plastic stationery, plastic food packaging products etc
- Main markets : Japan, US and Europe
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- We are looking for ADMIN ASST - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide clerical support to the team including administrative, accounting, purchasing and logistics
- Handle incoming phone calls, visitors and couriers
- Assist business and projects developments
- Manage and organizing documents and reports
- Handle PO and Account Payable, I/E and TradeLink
- F7 / Diploma or Degree Above
- Details oriented, ERP and systematic documents processing
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English, Chinese
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- Annual leave : 11 days
- Office location : Chai Wan close to MTR
