- Min. 3 years of working exp. in administration
- Provide quality office administrative and front desk services
- Must be flexible & able to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned
- Must be fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
- Good communication skills & well-presented with pleasant personality
