Position Description:
n this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations; including ensuring an efficient workflow, management of inventory (equipment and supplies), development and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures, accurate reporting of metrics, responding to regulatory requests and financial management. Must be self-directed and have ability to make complex decisions independently.

Core Responsibilities
•Develop and create administrative policies and procedures
•Coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures
•May perform one or more of the following: Manages general business office activities.
•Manages services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, security, personnel and employment records.
•Assigns work, monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides guidance on more complex issues.
•Administers programs, projects, and / or processes specific to the operating unit served.
•Produce and manage annual operating plan and budget and control activities.
•Coordinate staff travel including flights, hotels, trains and car service; prepare detailed itineraries
•Coordinate and schedule meetings and manage general office calendar
•Assume primary responsibility for filing, including creating filing systems where necessary and archiving materials for off-site storage
•Maintain supplies and equipment inventory, performing product and cost research and due diligence when applicable
•Supervise the maintenance of office equipment such as copier, vehicles ,phones and postage meter .
•Take responsibility for oversight of common office areas and needs
•Work with Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, IT, Investment, and Portfolio Accounting on ad hoc tasks as needed.
•All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirement:
• BA/BS degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Well organized and self-directed.
• Ability to be strategic with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
• Ability to make effective presentations and relate to all people at all levels of an organization; excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of obtaining results that meet the organization’s needs, yet honors the organization’s values and culture.
• Employs a collaborative approach; nurtures others with education, support and confidence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Education:
+ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
