Job Summary:
Accelerated development training program is a two-year rotational program, aimed at shaping the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand. During the program, ADP Trainees will be rotating through at least two business departments, developing core competencies through different tasks, accumulating diverse work experience, and improving their job skills by leading teams, project management, ADP induction and learning activities such as seminars. Ultimately, ADP trainees will participate together with their mentors to develop a career development plan that is consistent with the professional aspirations of the individual as well as the company's development direction, to prepare them for a successful career at Ingersoll Rand.
