岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

a) Taking responsibility of project cost controlling for one Technical Centre consisting of four different product segments Involvement in the implementation and regular transfer of data within the context of the methods specified by those responsible in Controlling
b) Advising the head of the organizational unit concerned in all economic activities and effects
c) Annual project cost, cost centre and head count budgeting and target setting
d) Provide regular updates of actual financial KPI vs budget targets
e) Ensuring reliable quaterly forecasts that follow the companies safeguard targets
f) Timely release of project and investment expenses
g) Identify cost saving and efficiency gain potentials for product development and testing and monitor their realization
h) Oversee quotation process for support services and equipment to Joint Venture partners
i) Monitoring Hella procedures, taking financial and controlling aspects into account, and implementing them in the organizational unit concerned on the basis of prescribed guidelines

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

a) Degree in Accountance or Finance with at least 3 years relevant experience in Accounting, Finance & Controlling
b) Previous experience with Project Financial Controlling in automotive sector is an advantage
c) Experience using SAP
d) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
e) Must be conversant in both oral and written English
f) Ability to work in international team
