Responsibilities

+ Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information independently.

+ Perform building physics including energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor.

+ Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report.

+ Research on relative latest technologies and news.

+ Assist in green building assessment and certification.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, building technology, building equipment, building physics, etc.

+ Experience with design and simulation tools such as Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.

+ Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.

+ Fluent speaking and writing English

+ Fast learner

+ Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

+ Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
