The Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (IME) Manager will manage and mentor a team of engineers responsible for Production line management systems, tools and capacity/run rate analyses for VF( Virtual Factory)and local FBE (Far Back End), E-TEST and Wafer Sort. The IME Manager reports to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Provide technical and tactical direction
- Team development, mentorship, and empowerment to realize full potential
- Objective and Key Result enablement and integration into the team
- Ongoing hiring and onboarding needs
- Building and maintaining alignments between Manufacturing and Engineering departments
- Escalation/roadblock removal support
- Leading the execution of key programs and deliverables on behalf of the area and the factory
IME scope includes but is not limited to:
- Ensure robust production systems and business processes are in place to support FBE C4 and Sort
- Drive process improvement, provide data analysis and reports and lead new systems/application development and implementation
- Understand product level supply chain needs, assess if/when non-standard action is needed
- Connect with feeding fabs to understand product level actions and total incoming inventory
- Coordinate distribution between Virtual Factory C4 and Wafer Sort sites
- Run rate validations, and capacity analyses at module, site, and Virtual Factory levels
- Work closely with partnering teams to provide tools and capabilities to monitor OH Wafer in Progress and evaluate real-time changes to management
- Interact and partnering with many organizations inside and outside of Aloha Factory Operations (AFO), including , module ENG, Product Planners/NPAs, Integration, Virtual Factory IMEs, QRE, and various automation resources/teams.
- Work closely with partnering OM teams to provide tools and capabilities to monitor OH WIP and evaluate real-time changes to WIP management
- Interact and partnering with many organizations inside and outside of AFO, including OMs, module ENG, Product Planners/NPAs, Integration, VF IMEs, QRE, and various automation resources/teams.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in an Engineering or related, technical field of study.
- 4+ years' experience in engineering or technical leadership role.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
