The AGM - Program Manager will be based in Kunshan .

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• New product manufacturing feasibility and risk analysis. Primary contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts (with corporate legal dept.), pricing (with Corporate Quote Group) and other business items.
• Create/Update APQP development plan, coordinating with related departments to ensure successful launch
• Create/Update Open Issue List and hold weekly program meeting with cross functional team.
• Coordinate ECN estimate & implement of ECN’s of new product/production/process.
• Arrange manufacture of Equipment/Tooling/Fixtures/Gages and DV/PV testing according to program timing
• Coordinate PPAP documents and PPAP run, initiate gate review of new program phases.
• Arrange Pre-Production Material ordering/Sample Building/Plant trial/EOL Testing/early containment/Delivery/R@R
• Assist to manage the suppliers, and ensure that the product/process meets customer’s engineering quality requirements
• Budget Review

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 4-7 years program management experience in automotive accessories manufactory. (Tier 1 company)
• Fluent English communication skill.
• Ability to interface and service automotive OEM customer.
• Good presentations skills.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Mechanical Engineering background will be a plus.
