Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Work with the AGS Organization to effectively implement and train users on business process improvements or platform enhancements

• Develop metrics to measure user adoption and sales effectiveness improvements

• Focus will be on high-impact, short term objectives (i.e. accuracy of account information in Salesforce, closure of outdated items, etc.)

• Develop and implement effective dashboards for regional sales management review and use

• Continue to refine and improve the Salesforce database and functionality

• Work within the Platform & Data Governance Team to monitor data integrity in Salesforce

• Assign and maintain user security access

• Develop and maintain training documentation related to Salesforce processes. Train new Salesforce users

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or similar. Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent preferred.Implementation Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
• Demonstrate fundamental understanding through sales and commercial applications
• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and integrate solutions
• Ability to translate sales solutions to process requirements that deliver and/or improve performance criteria
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Results oriented and high commitment
• Strong fluency in English (reading, writing, verbal)
