We will provide you with all necessary equipment and a place to stay at student dormitory at Politechnika Gdańska in advance of your first day and prepare you well through our virtual training program, the support of your personal buddy and everything you need to get started. Our business unit is one of the leaders who deliver AI sound solutions to great clients all over the world. Looking for audio & AI technologies enthusiasts with programming skills. The internship will grand you access to the state-of-the art AI experts and neural network technologies.As our AI audio intern, you will help us to deliver to our clients high-quality AI audio solutions. Your main tasks will be:
 

• Design and develop new features in the deep learning framework (Kaldi, Pytorch, etc.).

• Communicate to direct team, collaborating teams, and architects to discuss issues, solutions, provide a status update, and get feedbacks.

• Analyze and research possible areas of improvement.

• Learn new trends on programming, deep learning, frameworks * Apply new and innovative ideas to product.

• Gain AI knowledge participating in neural networks trainings as well as perfect coding skills working on audio processing and quality testing code or more challenging tasks of acoustical noise reduction.

• Software development will include work in Python, C++ and Matlab.

We are looking for candidates who: 

• Enjoys listening to music or playing an instrument.

• Like asking questions and challenging status quo. 

• Share our interest in audio-related technical work.

• Are not afraid to work in total silence, and have some technical background in programing.

Who are we looking for?

At Intel, our summer internship lasts 3 months: 1.07.22-30.09.22 and you’ll be with us part-time – 35h/week. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship.

We welcome applications from candidates with:

• Intrest in Neural Networks

• Interest in audio-related technical work

• Technical background in programing C++/Python *Experience with Windows or Linux programming tools (e.g. VS, CMAKE)

It would be an advantage if you had interest/knowledge and would like to develop your skills in:

• some knowledge of AI/ML methodologies

• Matlab

• Personal interest in the area of acoustics and digital signal processing

• Some experience of Git version control system
