1. Be responsible for the architecture design and code implementation in the fields of medical image analysis and processing, NLP and knowledge mapping.
2. Lead the development of the company's core AI algorithm library, lead the algorithm team to build a deep learning algorithm framework, and realize the algorithm development and optimization of machine learning and medical image processing, so as to meet the algorithm requirements of the company's product business lines. Directions include but are not limited to classification, detection, segmentation, reinforcement learning, video analysis, etc.
3. Combined with specific business, guide the algorithm direction and content of the product, lead and participate in the whole link R & D work of data cleaning, algorithm design and implementation, performance optimization, implementation deployment and user feedback tracking.
4. Be responsible for investigating the advanced technology of deep learning, and explore the new algorithm and application of artificial intelligence for medical imaging based on the current market demand and development trend.
Job requirements
1. Education background: Master's degree or above from key universities at home and abroad, major in computer, machine learning, pattern recognition, mathematics, etc.
2. Experience: more than 10 years working experience. He has rich experience in algorithm development and practice in the field of deep learning, including but not limited to computer vision and NLP.
3. Algorithm: have solid artificial intelligence technology foundation, sensitive to data, deeply understand and skillfully use various mainstream machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including but not limited to linear model, tree model, probability graph model, deep learning model (CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.), Gan, transfer learning, reinforcement learning (dqn, AC, TRPO, PPO, etc.). Understand the current image AI frontier algorithm and development trend.
4. Engineering: strong ability to realize personal coding, efficient and rigorous development, proficient in tensorflow, pytorch, Caffe, etc
At least one mainstream deep learning framework, and a deep understanding of the internal mechanism.
5. Research: first author or corresponding author in international journals and top industry conferences is preferred. Such as PAMI / nips / IJCV / iccv / CVPR / ECCV / ICML / AAAI, etc
6. Quality: Love "Ai + medical" industry, strong ability of thinking and logic thinking, strong sense of responsibility and result orientation. Good organizational management and communication skills.
