About The Role:

AI Coordinator coordinates technical and quality assurance aspects of AI related projects delivery. They operate within all tooling platforms required to deliver the services and coordinate third party vendors (raters) to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of AI related projects (data annotation, data collection)
  • Be able to apply data related skills to achieve efficiency when working with large amounts of data.
  • Communicate with Vendor Management department and requesting a pool of raters and with Quality department on creating/editing specific guidelines.
  • Active written communication with all the vendors (raters) and coordination of the assigned tasks. Following up with inactive or unresponsive vendors. Coordination of external Quality Assurance
  • Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Internal reporting about project status, possible issues, exceptions etc.
  • Create data views, data export and manipulate with large amount of data.
  • Cooperate closely with your direct manager.
  • Develop and prepare process documents where required.
  • Get an opportunity to participate in implementing new tools and processes, their testing and evaluation to ensure the most effective production.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Very good verbal and written English proficiency – you would be working in English speaking environment.
  • Some previous experience with coordinating projects or tasks management
  • Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently.
  • previous experience working with data processing (eg. Excel, Google Sheets or even databases VBA scripts, Python).
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Previous experience in localization industry is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with language AI and/or data science is an advantage.
  • Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsible, reliable, and independent personality able to quickly adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
