Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Working as a technical leader supporting the sales organization on new engagements.
Confidently gather use case requirements and creation of low-level designs while functioning as an advisory resource for “Best Practices” and own the deployment of cnvrg.io solutions in the customers’ environment.
Define project requirements/issues/constraints and all aspects of efficient delivery with customer Project Managers.
Working as a technical leader supporting customer business, development, infrastructure teams, and cnvrg.io internal teams.
Finding out of the box solution for complex integrations and specifications.
Travel to customers’ sites post Covid.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Great interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency of verbal and writing skills in English.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing positions as a Professional Services consultant.
An adaptable and progressive learner, willing to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Skills to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with cloud-native monitoring and logging (i.e. Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, ElasticSearch).
Understanding of data structures, can investigate incidents, and differentiate memory, I/O, and CPU bottlenecks.
Fluency in Linux and TCP/IP networking, and SQL.
Proficient knowledge of a scripting language (i.e. Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.) and code versioning (e.g. git).
Skills to travel as needed within the North-America region.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code automation (i.e. Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes manifests, and/or templating languages).
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Cloud experience in at least one of the following clouds: AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Linux and Unix OS.
- Container technology and Kubernetes.
Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of experience in with machine learning, data science or data engineering.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$171,440.00-$257,260.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
