Job Description

Cnvrg.io is an AI OS, transforming the way data scientists and developers build and deploy machine learning models. We are looking for an AI Manager who is passionate about building AI and ML products and tools for developers. Working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: 

  • Defining the AI group Strategy and Roadmap.

  • Work closely and in collaboration with the product team.

  • Work to technically grow AI developers’ community.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • Translate customers and community needs into detailed requirements.

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

  • Work closely with clients, partners, business units, QA, Product and Engineering teams to elicit requirements and deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

  • Work to ensure product high standards and quality.

 

The ideal candidate should demonstrate: 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

  • People management and leadership experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Willing to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. 

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Machine learning, data science methodologies and processes.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cloud native technologies like Kubernetes, docker and containers.
  • Product management, Strategic planning, Agile development processes, Process definition, best practices, and communication in tech startups.
  • Turning product vision and strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction.
  • Product management processes.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$187,370.00-$299,710.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
