• Develop chatbot to provide better service for customers
• Survey sources with high performance about public and private data
• Do data exploration ,data analysis and build / train / refine models in order to provide smart business decisions

Qualifications

• Computer science ,mathematics or related majors, bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years experiences in NLP area, familiar with tokenizing,POS tagging,NER,seq2seq,attention,similarity, etc
• Good skills in mathematics and machine learning algorithms, like: LR classification and regression,DT,SVM,NB,Random Forest,GBDT,xgboost,Kmeans,Apriori,Collaborative Filtering,HMM,CRF,etc
• Familiar with deep learning algorithms and models, like:RNN,LSTM,GRU,Attention,Embeding,CNN,etc
• Familiar with popular frameworks like tensorflow,pyrorch,etc
• Good skills in coding, familiar with python,R,etc
• Strong ability in business problem analysis, abstraction of models
• Familiar with chatbot,CV,data mining is preferred
• Familiar with web spider, ETL is preferred
• Join and win competions like Kaggle is preferred
• Join open source projects and own github account is preferred
