Job Purpose
The Program Manager primary responsibilities are managing large scale client programs, maintaining existing relationships within the accounts and growing new opportunities. Responsible for all onsite and offshore delivery of programs, manage and mentor staff, and team oversight and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client as a program, responsible for all data services execution and strategy on the account
- Manage, mentor and motivate staff, provide project team oversight and supervision.
- Manage and maintain existing business and grow new opportunities within account.
- Oversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.
- Ensure quality and timely deliverables to clients.
- Track project P&L, budget and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with other functional leads, understand working capital cycles and constantly make improvements
- Help lead Community Management function and ensure proper success of the sourcing plan within TrainAI
Skills & Experience
- BA degree in business or technology related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management – Machine Learning or Data Services
- Knowledge of data service processes and/or quality assurance practices, principles, and methodologies.
- Excellent skills in drafting and communicating project documents in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven negotiation skills in dealing with delicate aspects of small/medium size project proposals.
- Possess leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong competence of job-related tools, procedures, and programming languages.
- Experience in a wide range of technologies.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams across multiple programs/projects within an account.
- Proven experience in technology environment and in applicable vertical market.
- Proven people, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
- Advanced experience in technology environment and applicable vertical market.
- Strong working knowledge of current market technologies required.
- Understanding of environment, drivers and dependencies, quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies required.
- Ability to interact with various cultures in a global organization.
- Ability to understand P&L financials.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information.

Base Pay:
$100,000 - $125,000 / year
FLSA Status: Exempt
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
