Candidate will be responsible to develop, optimize and automate machine learning and deep learning products for general purpose or common use in a certain domain-specific field. In this position, you will have a chance to collaborate with diversified teams on full-stack machine learning optimization and explore the most advanced Intel hardware platforms.
The job scope may include:
- Drive and deliver peak performance for end-to-end solutions with Deep learning as part of the Workflow
- Deliver the benefits of Intel's latest CPU/GPU platform and ingenious software solution to the deep learning community and Intel's customers.
- Participate in product concept readiness proving by implementing a prototype.
- Collaborate with diversified teams in design review and product implementation.
- Work closely with colleagues or customers across the organization or across GEO to collect requirements, solve a technical issue or share knowledge.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields with at least 3 years of experience or,
Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or field with at least 5 years of experience.
("Cedula Profesional" may be required)
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in DL development in TensorFlow or Pytorch
- Intermediate+ written and oral communication skills in English and be able to clearly communicate technical details and concepts
- Languages and fundamental skills:
candidate should have expertise in at least one of the following languages and be familiar with at least two
� Python
� C/C++
� Bash Scripting
2 year+ experience and expertise at least in TWO of these domains:
- Image/video, natural language, recommendation systems and data analyses
- Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems especially with virtual containerized environments (docker, conda)
- Multi-node cluster setup and orchestration (Kubernetes) along with troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies to implement development, testing and automation frameworks across scaled out multi-node systems
- Have technical skills to review, verify, and validate AI software code
Preferred Qualifications:
- Machine learning technical/problem solving
- Excellent performance analysis and tuning skills
- Proven track record of delivering results in time on the short release cycle
- Proven track record of analyzing and solving complex technical problems
- Excellent development and debugging skills
- Good proven record for cluster infrastructure management with High-Performance computing (HPC), like a load balancer, high availability service, and scalability

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
