Intel delivers leadership AI software oneAPI AI Analytics toolkit (Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit Learn, XGBoost, etc.) and hardware products (Xeon, dGPU) to customers. We are looking for an AI Software Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on technical knowledge and strong interest and experience in solving customer problems. The role focuses on enabling customers to be successful with Intel platforms through use of Intel AI Software. This is performed through technical consulting and support, training and customer presentations. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with customers to code, debug, optimize and scale their AI solutions. In this role you will help customers adopt Intel AI software like Intel-optimized Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch) Intel-optimized Classical Machine Learning libraries (Scikit Learn, XGBoost). This is an exciting position which allows you to combine your AI software engineering experience with customer consulting and support to influence strategic customers with Intel Software/Hardware solutions.

You will also help improve software quality and performance and infuse the voice of the customer into the software development process. You will advocate internally and externally for Intel AI software via conferences, webinars, blogs, and technical collaterals that demonstrate Intel software tools value. In this position, you will have the chance to foster Intel's AI software ecosystem. You will partner with technical experts across Intel to drive successful outcomes for AI customers.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and/or schoolwork/classes/research

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors with 1+ years or  Master's degree with 1+ years’ work experience or PhD. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Applied Sciences or related science or engineering discipline

Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by 2022

• Knowledge or experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning
• Knowledge or experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or Pytorch
• Knowledge of classical Machine Learning algorithms
• Coding Experience with Python or C++ or similar languages

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year working experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or Pytorch
• 1+ year working experience with classical Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit Learn or XGBoost
• Prior experience working directly with customers
• Working knowledge of AI use cases s.a. Recommendation systems, Natural Language Processing, Image recognition
• 1+ year AI programming experience on a GPU

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
