Candidate is responsible to manage a team of validation engineers on verify and guarantee the quality of machine learning product for generic purpose or common use in a certain domain specific field. This job is responsible to ensure the functionality and performance of machine learning software stacks on Intel platforms, triage the functionality and performance issue, as well as the out-of-box customer experience.

In this position, you will have chance to collaborate with other managers on full stack machine learning optimization and explore the most advanced Intel hardware platforms.

• In order to provide high quality products, we are looking for strong Technical lead/manager with System understanding and Testing orientation.
• The job requires a lot of collaboration with Validation, Development and Customer Interfacing and 3rd party groups. In addition, the ability to lead integration activities inside and outside the team.
• Adding content to the production automation environment, debug issues, drive efficiencies, solve a range of problems, challenges, enabling technologies, methodologies and developing unique services, tools, etc.
• Part of the work will focus on new setups design and sophisticated tests execution.
• Execution Champion in enabling end to end scalable and efficient automation solutions and services.
• Utilize broad understanding of multiple system areas to ensure Intel products quality.
• Improve SW test content and the automation environment, debug issues, drive efficiencies, scalability, quality and reliability.
• Solve a wide range of problems and challenges by utilizing various technologies and methodologies and developing unique services and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, Monitor and Manage a team of connectivity validation engineers and deliver as planned.
• Implementation of complex processes and tasks teams while working cross-divisionally.
• Managing project schedule, risk management, and change control processes.

• Strong influencing skills with experience influencing at all levels of the organization, including senior management within Intel and within a customer's organization

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software, Communications or Computer Science ("Cedula Profesional" may be required)
• 5+ years of experience in testing, verification and automation
• 3+ years of experience acting as technically lead/guide/mentor for junior validation engineers.
• 1+ years of experience working with qualification, setup and release of various Optimized Deep Learning software on CPU and GPU for data center products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing effective external/internal customer relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to lead at all levels of the organization
• Automation of existing and new validation activities and inspection systems.
• Monitoring functionality, performance and quickly triage problems.
• Development test cases and tools to continuously improve the test coverage for Deep learning Software products.
• Updating and maintaining documentation and BKC for of performance measurement per engineering changes.
• Working with cross functional teams to implement innovative solutions to internal and external customers.
