Job Description:
1、 Improve the accuracy of intent recognition for the AI customer-robot in specific language;
2、 Enhance the accuracy of algorithm models, customer satisfaction, and the service performance of the customer-robot;
3、Develop BPO assessment processes and standards to improve the efficiency and accuracy of annotation tools and workflows.

Requirements:
1、 Native speakers in languages other than Chinese and English are preferred, such as Japanese, Hebrew, Uzbek，English, etc.;
2、 Bachelor degree or above;
3、Have online shopping experience and a good understanding of domestic and overseas e-commerce platforms;
4、Can use Chinese or English as a working language.
