Job Description
HK- Sales manager
Position Summary
Based in Hong Kong and under the Overseas Business Unit, this role will plan and execute sales activities to drive and achieve the company’s business expansion and sales plans within the manufacturing industry across APAC region (excl. Mainland China and Japan).

Responsibilities
1.  Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities for Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision products and solutions in the manufacturing industry in a proactive, ethical and profitable manner;
2.  Generate networks of qualified leads and prospects, acquire clients, develop and manage business pipelines to meet sales targets;
3.  Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationship with new and existing customers, manage assigned accounts in a professional manner, and identify up/cross-selling opportunities to grow profits per assigned sales KPI;
4.  Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to ensure smooth transition of acquired clients for effective product / solution delivery and ongoing customer support;
5.  Regularly update the Senior BD Executive regularly on sales progress, client feedback, and trends in market to provide insights for developing effective marketing, go-to-market, and product strategies to the marketing, product and project teams within the business unit;
6.  Attend training to develop and maintain relevant, up-to-date industry trends, product knowledge and professional skills.

Requirements
1.  Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines;
2.  8-10 years' of working experience in client acquisition and sales, preferably with 3+ years in IT solution / software sales;
3.  Experience and track record working in industries across the manufacturing sector or with business partners in the manufacturing industries;
4.  Market knowledge and understanding of AI / computer vision solutions; strong interest in learning about new technologies is highly preferred;
5.  Excellent business presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients of different levels of seniority;
6.  Strong spoken and written communication skills to work effectively with both external and internal stakeholders;
7.  A proactive, can-do attitude and drive to deliver results as an individual and a team member;
8.  Proficient in MS Office, and experience with CRM systems is an advantage;
9.  Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; additional language is a bonus.
