Distribution Channel Management - Agency Business Development

Agency Business Development formulates agency channel strategies that are aligned with the corporate business blueprint to improve channel productivity and sales performance.Key initiatives include recruiting and engaging our agency force, offer diversity development program to enhance agency force’s competence and professionalism, ensure they deliver high-quality customer service to target customers, share market insights with agency force and enhance their compliance and technical know-how.

• Agency Business Planning
• Agency Force Management and Development
• Agency Business Strategic Projects

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 to maximum 4 years’ experience in insurance, banking, financial planning and/or wealth management industry
• Experience in account servicing/customer relationship roles will be an advantage

Services & Operations is the backbone of the life insurance industry.It is where our distribution channels, including agents, and policyholders come for services related to their policies and business with AIA.Services and Operations continuously embarks on process and service improvement initiatives utilizing the latest technologies and expertise of its people.Thinking out of the box is the way we do things here.

Within Services and Operations, there are other specialised areas such as Operations, Contact Management, Quality Management and Business Development, High-Net-Worth (HNW) Underwriting and Case Management, Health Services, Business Continuity Management and Office Administration, Mainland China Visitor (MCV) Business, and Medical.
