- Maintain suitable customer relationship 
- Creat Brand by Social Media by commercial proposal, - - Negotiation 
- CRS Customer Relationship Management 
- Get the "Right" track for a "Right" Person

2. Achieve Professional Destinations (MDRT,CFPCM,ChFC, RFP,RFC,etc.)

Skills and Qualities required :

• Recent university students ( preferred with commercial temperament but not a must )
• Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
• No need to apply for a work visa to work in Hong Kong ( eg, holding permanent HKID card / Dependent Visa / CIES Visa )
• Good capacity of analysis, synthesis and organization
• Excellent team spirit and ease in building professional relationships with the prospects
