Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Japanese listed company
- Providing forwarding, express service & 3PL (third party logistics service)
- We are looking for AIR FREIGHT OPERATION ASST SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- To handle full set of air import/export operation documents
- To follow up shipment status
- To monitor airline bookings and procedures
- Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
- Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
- Plan cargo consolidation for maximization of equalization
- Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements
- Ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfillment
- System data entry
- DSE or above
- 3-5 years experience in full AIR export operation
- Ability to deal with Airlines & Co-loaders
- Middle user level of MS Excel and Word
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
- Working hours : 4:00pm – 1:30am
- Annual leave : 12 days
