Air Freight Customer Service & Operator (外企货代空运操作+客服）

Major work activities:

1/ Provide good operation & customer service to increase customers satisfactory, CLASQUIN branding's promotion. Maintain & support business development.

2/ Be in charge of overseas office connection, air shipment operation: e.g. getting booking from clients, transfer related docs to the relevant parties in time, books space with carriers, arrange customs clearance operations, monitor the shipments, invoicing, charges collection, cargo delivery arrangement & etc. procedures;

3/ Keep good relations with carriers, in charge of coordination with carries & suppliers, secure space with the contractual carriers;

4/ Credit account receivable collection & documents filing;

5/ Transportation plan design, problem solutioner;

职位描述：

1、提供令客户满意的空运操作服务, 配合支持公司的业务发展；

2、负责处理海外代理业务及空运操作：包括接受客户订单以及安排订舱、运输、报关、货物跟踪、运费结算等事宜；

3、负责与供应商以及航空公司的协调；

4. 提供专业的物流方案的设计，问题解决方案等：

5、月报完成以及重要文件的归档等；

Requirements：

• Shanghai Resident， Bachelor degree or above with good English communication skill ( CET-6 certificate ), major in International Trade, logistics
• Above 2 years working experience of Air Freight operation in Forwarding industrial
• Familier with Air Freight / Sea Freight operation practice
• Good knowledge of documentation, forwarding， transportation & International Trade
• Computer skill : Good at Word, Excel & E-mail
• Good interpersonal and cooperating skills, team player
• Service oriented, strong responsibility, & be careful.

任职资格：

1、居住于上海， 本科及以上学历，英文流利，CET-6，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；

2、2年以上相关领域业务操作经验；

3、熟悉空海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；

4、办公软件操作熟练；

5、服务意识强 ，工作细心、责任心强，团队意识强.
