- Technical Development of Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT).

- FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects.

- Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant.

- Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency

-Cooperation with international development locations (Germany, Hungary, Hongkong, India) and national institutes.

-Master in computational engineering, material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable studies.

-Desirable for PhD in computational engineering, material science, mechanical
engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable studies, with overseas experience.

-Internship in industry, project work within studies.

-Experience in the field of FE Simulation.(eg.ANSYS)

-Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work
