Join us as ALL Hotel Activation Manager – New East & Eastern Europe
Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:
- Promotion, implementation and activation of Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty programme with hotels and local stakeholders
- Continuous support for hotels and General Managers to solve hotel-specific issues
- Supporting programme KPI delivery, identifying and providing support to hotels underperforming on key metrics e.g. enrolment
- Delivery of ALL training support to new hotels
- Support Experiential Partnerships and Experiences Manager in the set up and delivery of regional activations including Limitless Experiences and management of regional venues
- Facilitation of delivery of new programme development initiatives in hotels
- Implementation of hotel team member engagement initiatives and incentives consistently across the sub-region
- Collaboration with Guest Experience team members to maximise the hotels’ delivery of the ALL experience
Your experience and skills include:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Loyalty / Partnerships / Marketing / Hospitality
- Experience in Hotel Operations will be an advantage
- Very good command of English and Polish
- Attention to detail, proactivity and creativity
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Very good at planning and multitasking skills
