Requirement：

• Junior college and above;大专以上学历

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical Technology, Metal forming or Casting etc.机械，冶金，金属成型，模具专业等。

• Tooling Engineer: Knowledge of die casting process，understand PLC, electrical and hydraulic, machine building, fixture and gages design etc experience；

  模具工程师：熟悉相关镁铝合金的压铸工艺，了解PLC、电气、液压、机器制造、夹具和检具设计等知识。

• Over 5 years in ALU Die casting tooling engineering experience;

  五年以上的镁铝合金模具工程工作经验。

• Good professional skills on die casting and tooling process;

  良好的镁铝合金压铸工艺及模具专业技能。

• Be familiar with MS office (word, excel PowerPoint) die casting and tooling process and 3D software (UG/CATIA/Solidwork etc.);

  熟练使用办公软件（word, excel PowerPoint）和3D软件。

• Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO 14001;

  熟悉IATF16949汽车质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系。

• Good problem solving, project management and good communication skills;

  良好的问题解决、项目管理能力和良好的沟通能力。

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibility：

Fundamental Purpose：The Tooling Engineer will be responsible to develop and track new project tooling plan, assisting in selecting vendor, tooling RFQ and cost reduction. Responsible for the daily management，problem solving and continue improvement.

主要负责模具的开发和新项目的跟踪，协助完成对模具供应商的选取，模具采购的技术规范要求和成本优化。负责对模具的日期管理，问题解决和持续改善。

Main Responsibilities：

• Support NA team for die casting tooling and trimming tool design and manufacturing expertise to project team and complete preliminary MPPS for department Manager’s review. 协助北美团队对压铸模及冲切模的设计评估并将相关意见反馈给项目团队，提供资本评估并完成初步的投资分析交给部门经理评审。

• Formulating die casting tooling and trimming tool specification or standards for released program to outside suppliers, leading sourcing. 为新项目向供应商详述压铸模及冲切模的规格或标准，主导协调相关的选购事宜。

• Reviewing and approving supplier’s design and deviations, following up die casting tooling and trimming tool building schedule and performing executive review periodically with supplier. 评审和批准供应商的设计和偏差，跟踪压铸模及冲切模的制造计划并定期的执行与供应商进度审查。

• Leading all certification activities on supplier’s equipment including runoff, die casting tooling and trimming tool installation, plant certification, PPAP and launch etc, and complete Certification Book. 主导所有压铸模及冲切模的认证活动，包括调试、安装、厂内验证、PPAP和Launch等，并完成 “验收手册”。

• Work with team (ME/QE/PE etc.) to evaluate and troubleshoot the existing processes to achieve high quality and throughput targets. 团队合作发现并解决当前工艺过程中的问题从而实现高质量和产量的目标。

• Setup the tooling management system to manage the tools, includes but not limit, tooling drawing control/PM/daily repair. 完成对公司模具管理系统的建立，列如模具图纸的管控，模具的PM及日常的维修等。

• Setup and Maintain the cost Module with detail Calculation of Cost breakdown for Tooling cost saving. 通过细化成本核算建立并维护模具的成本结构，以此来降低模具的成本。

• Providing technical support for other AAM facility or JV facility as required. 根据需要为其他AAM工厂或合资厂提供必要的技术支持。

• Perform other duties as assigned from Supervisor. 完成主管交办的其他工作。
