Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of the HR team. In this role, the HRBP will provide the foundational support and functional expertise that drives proactivity and results. The HRBP helps to develop and implement better people management practices with clients and shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery, in line with our business and HR OGSM.

 

  • The HRBP is fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties. The partner builds a valuable relationship with internal clients and transfers requests and solutions to/from the business unit, in deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business processes. 

  • The HRBP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization. The HRBP creates and drives talent and business strategy with clients, identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. The partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.

 

  • The HRBP also handles generalist responsibilities including on boarding, employee relations, training and development, performance & talent management, recruitment, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects. 

  • Participate in the implementation, and management of compensation initiatives, including but not limited to SIP and AIP to ensure that compensation practices are linked with the overall strategy of pay for performance.

  • Drive GPS planning and ecomp review process.

  • Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to assess talent needs and strategy to meet with both internal and external recruiting efforts. Ensure the effective information update in the SmartRecruiter, SilkRoad and Peoplesoft.

  • Diagnose respective internal teams, partner with training department to ensure the 70/20/10 philosophy and ensure the effective talent development plans are in place.

 

Qualifications

he business partner is an experienced HR professional who has a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise. 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8-10 years direct HRBP/Generalist experience 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Results-orientation, good project management skills

  • Team player, good relationship-building and coaching skills

  • Ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment with multiple priorities is a must
