with combination the right combination of technical and project management
skills, experience in technical consulting, excellent communication skills and
a passion for customer experience.

What is the mission of AMD Client Technologist?
• Help drive incremental AMD-based Business to Large and Public Sector
accounts
• Provide technical assistance to sales in the design and integration of
customer applications using AMD based solutions
• Partner with sales in determining possible applications of AMD based
products and solutions to meet customer requirements
• Provides training to Sales teams to increase their product knowledge,
understanding of market, customer behavior and how to differentiate Lenovo in
the market
• Partner with other AMD and vendor subject matter experts to build specific
customer solutions
• Analyse vendor product solutions and evaluate product performance based on
customer needs
• Install and test solutions in-house, as required, to ensure successful
deployments and evaluations
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions
that are aligned with end-user objectives
• Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to end-users
• Articulate AMD based technology offerings across multiple market verticals
• Conduct technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
• Design and manage the execution of evaluation plans to ensure a quality
solution is delivered
• Be a credible subject matter expert to end users on direct and indirect
product capabilities
• Capture a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly
articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with
AMD versus its competitors
• Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management
• Seed Unit management in conjunction with sales
• 50% Customer/Business Partner Facing time expected

#### Position Requirements:


•A very high level of technical expertise and project management combined
proven experience  in technical consulting and excellent customer facing
communication skills
•PC architecture knowledge and In depth knowledge of current and former
operating systems (Microsoft, Linux)
•Strong communication and presentation skills - You know how to connect with
customers and have the ability to work at different levels and to manage
multiple customer situations
•Experience and in-depth knowledge of IT industry required (3-5 years)
•Successful  experience of working with business customers, partner channel &
PC industry
•Degree in Information Technology, System Engineering or similar subjects or
equivalent work experience
•Excellent English skills, outside of Country language
•Enhanced cross-functional team working capabilities and collaborative working
style and high commitment to get the job done
•Be proactive, quick and bold & innovative in all you do
