Design, develop and execute the strategy and tactical plan of medical education to transform the clinical practice of the HCP and achieve patient satisfaction, aligned with Compliance policies and with the priorities defined by the business unit for the region. · Partnering with HCP to gather feedback and insights on their learning needs to advise the Medical Education Strategy Plan, including specifics needs in Chile & Argentina · Lead the Development of educational content in a collaborative with Allergan Aesthetics regional faculty and, as a result, provide learning opportunities that meet the educational needs of HCPs aligned with educational Tier · Responsible for transforming the needs and strategy of the HCP in the development of educational solutions aligned with each Tier · Lead the development and ongoing execution of tactical medical education plans from strategic concept to successful implementation, including budget management, vendors, and measurement of success through KPIs. · Providing an excellent learning experience that trigger the clinical practice change in order to get the patient satisfaction · Monitor permanently the KPï´s to understand new challenges and redesign the education strategy if necessary Qualifications · Bachelor´s degree in Health Care areas · Desirable posgraduate studies in Strategic Management or related · English: advanced level.
