We're looking for an AML Optimization Analyst who can:

• Implement AML models across multiple lines of business (including private and investment banking) in order to detect unusual behaviour

• Optimize the performance of transaction monitoring systems through the use of statistical analysis and process automation for key activities (including client segmentation, scenario tuning, peer grouping, Above/Below-The-Line Testing)

• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements to refine existing systems or support the rollout of new detection scenarios or AML monitoring solutions

• Interact with investigation teams, financial intelligence units, audit functions, model governance and model validation teams to ensure TM systems are appropriately calibrated

• Provide on-going tracking of model performance to senior management

• Collaborate with a team of global analytics experts to continually assess current and emerging high risk transactional activities via the utilization of innovative analytical methodologies including machine learning
