Job Description

Main Responsibilities 工作职责:


As an administration assistant of the partner of the Accounting and Outsourcing Solutions department, your responsibilities include but not limit to

作为会计外包部的合伙人助理,你的职责包含但不限于:


Scheduling, including assistance on partner’s travel arrangement, team activities scheduling, etc.

日程安排:包含协助部门合伙人的商务行程安排,部门活动行程安排等

Perform daily administrative support for the department, e.g. pick up phones, drafting email or using Excel to make files record

日常部门行政工作的协助,接听电话,邮件起草,或文件记录

Ensure the efficiency of the office operation, e.g. daily files collection and arrangement, annual file classification

确保办公室日常经营,文件的收编安排,年度的文件整理

Ensure the support and coordinate with other departments to ensure the high efficiency of information flow

协助各部门之间的协调,以确保信息在各部门间的准确传递

Temporary translation and outdoor work arranged

临时的翻译和外出工作

Other assignments delegated from other managers

上级安排的其他工作


Qualification 任职要求:


College Graduated or above

本科学历 (或以上)

Good command of English

较好的英语能力

Highly organized and in good order

高效有条理的组织能力

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft products (Excel, Word and Outlook)

良好计算机应用能力,特别是微软办公软件

Open personality, be responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, good communication skills, and a good team player

性格开朗,有责任感,工作积极主动有抗压能力,较强的沟通能力,具有良好的团队合作精神

Working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred

具有外企工作经验的优先

Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
