Job responsibilities:
1.Strictly adhere to Chinese laws, school/department regulations, and
government guidelines.
2.Work diligently on teaching under the guidance of the department head,
aligned with the international high school department's development
strategy and project positioning. Ensure the quality of teaching, student
learning outcomes, and enhance students' capabilities.
3.Individually craft a tailored teaching plan that caters to the needs
of each student.
4.Effectively communicate with the student and management team, such as
class advisors and subject head, to aid them in fostering positive
learning habits among students.
5.Actively undertake and complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Job qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above with the relevant teaching credential.
2.3 years of Experience of teaching AP, A-level, IB Psychology courses
with reasonable student academic performance.
3.Well Understanding of the curriculum system and educational objectives
of international programs.Reaching the leading level percentage with the
A-level A* rate, IB 7-Score rate, or AP 5-Score rate in psychology.
4.Experience or ability in college entrance guidance is preferred.
5.Native English level proficiency, with the ability to conduct classes
and daily communication in English.
6.A passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, good learning
ability, and attention to detail.
7.Strong execution skills and team collaboration abilities.
